Our detailed session will provide a comprehensive understanding of your concerns, introduce you to integrative coaching and our holistic techniques, and establish your desired goals for our work together. This is the first step in your integrative wellness journey!

Cancellation Policy

In order to best serve our clients, a 72-hour cancellation policy is strictly enforced. Clients who cancel with less than 72-hours notice will be responsible for the full session fee.
