So What is Integrative Coaching?

Integrative coaching is a client-centered, relational approach that focuses on identifying core issues and creating action plans to address them. By taking a mind-body-spirit approach, integrative life coaches help clients achieve their goals in a collaborative and supportive environment. With integrative coaching, clients can gain the tools and insights they need to create positive changes in their lives.

How Can it Help Me?

If you are here, you are most likely struggling to find the answers to an ongoing concern, problem, or issue. You have tried everything imaginable, spent countless hours (and dollars!) on ineffective methods, and are exhausted at the prospect of having to start all over...again. Simply put, integrative coaching is a unique coaching approach that blends different coaching styles, psychology theories, and personal development practices into a powerhouse of opportunities. Think of it this way: when we are kids, we are usually told to eat our fruits and vegetables.  This is less-than exciting for most young children (and many adults!). However, when we mix those seamlessly humdrum fruits and veggies together into a delicious smoothie, we have an amazing creation. This is similar to integrative coaching - it takes individual techniques and blends them together to create a masterpiece!  By taking this holistic approach, you can get a coaching experience that helps you achieve your goals and improve your overall-being...hopefully with some mouth-watering experiences along the way!
